Community Housing
Community housing is affordable, safe and secure rental housing for people on low to moderate incomes.
We provide well maintained properties that are an affordable housing option. We house people in properties that suit their needs and work with many other community organisations to encourage sustainable, long-term tenancies.
Generally, tenants won’t pay more than market rent. Rent is calculated at no more than 30% of the total household income. To be eligible, you must be able to access Commonwealth Rent Assistance and/or public housing in Victoria.
