What happens after you make a request for maintenance?
We will contact you to arrange a time to complete the repairs. All contractors are qualified professionals.
We will ask you for:
- Your name, address and phone number.
- Details of the problem.
- When someone can come to your home to make the repairs
- We provide your details to a suitable tradesperson who will contact you to make a time.
- If you are not at home at the time arranged, the contractor will leave you a ‘Calling Card’ and contact number. you need to contact and make another time.
- Your Property Manager can arrange for a key to be provided to the contractor if you can’t be home.
