What We Do
Housing ends homelessness, which is why we are working hard to deliver significant community housing and specialist projects across our region. We work collaboratively with governments, philanthropic organisations, local builders, and architects to find solutions.

Peter and Lyndy White Foundation Community Housing Build
Up to 45 homes will be built and up to 100 people will have new homes to live in each year, after a significant philanthropic investment by the Peter and Lyndy White Foundation.
BeyondHousing has partnered with family violence specialist services to construct three crisis accommodation facilities for women and children escaping family violence in the Mitchell Shire, Goulburn Valley and Northeast regions of Victoria.
VPF 8-Star Homes
New homes were constructed for people at risk of homelessness in Wallan, Broadford, and Seymour, in a partnership between BeyondHousing and the Victorian Government’s Victorian Property Fund (VPF).
Change text: Wattletree Grove is our purpose-built accessible home for people with disability in Benalla.
Peter and Lyndy White Foundation Singles Units
This $2.7 million-dollar partnership with the Peter & Lyndy White Foundation delivered 11 affordable one-bedroom homes in Shepparton, Wangaratta and Seymour. The project was completed during 2020 and 2021.
Benalla Solar Project
In 2019 we installed solar power systems in fifteen BeyondHousing properties in Benalla, to help social housing tenants in the fight against rising energy costs.
VPF Mitchell Shire Social Housing Project
7 new homes were constructed for people at risk of homelessness in Wallan, Broadford, and Seymour. The homes were built as part of the $3.1 million partnership between BeyondHousing and the Victorian Government’s Victorian Property Fund (VPF).
